For over 14 enchanting years, I've been blessed to see the world through the lens of my camera, and I cherish every moment of it. From breathtaking landscapes to candid moments shared between loved ones, I am constantly inspired by the world around me, and I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to turn those moments into memories that can be cherished for a lifetime.

Originally hailing from the city of Bucharest, Romania, my love for photography began in high school. I started by taking pictures of my girlfriends and their cats, but soon realised that there was so much more to photography than just taking pretty pictures. The real magic happens when you add a story to it, when you capture the essence of a moment and turn it into something meaningful.

That's when I decided to pursue a degree in Cultural Anthropology, a field that allowed me to dive deeper into the human experience and learn more about the cultural nuances that make us all unique. And while studying, I continued to hone my photography skills, experimenting with different genres and styles.

When I moved to Denmark to pursue my Master's degree in Visual Anthropology, everything started to fall into place. The anthropologist and the photographer in me finally merged, and I started to explore documentary filmmaking as well. The skills I acquired during this time have been invaluable to my work, especially when it comes to capturing the full experience of getting married and navigating the complexities of family relations and relationship dynamics in multicultural settings. Getting married myself made me understand the complex dynamics of a wedding even better.

And while I've experimented with various genres of photography over the years, BELOVED is the result of a deep intention to honor the act of loving. Because for me, there is nothing more precious than finding the gratitude for our own existence and for our relations.

As a photographer and videographer, capturing these moments of love and connection becomes an act of compassion, a way of sharing in the deep realisation that life is, at its core, so simple - just BE LOVE and LOVED. And it's this feeling that drives me to pick up my camera time and time again, to remind myself and others that life is truly beautiful, and that every moment is worth cherishing.
